Ottawa Junior Jazz Band - Auditions

OJJB is proud to announce auditions for the 2024/2025

performance year!  Listed below are the positions open for audition:

•  ALTO SAXOPHONE

•  TENOR SAXOPHONE

•  TRUMPET - (looking for 2 new trumpets !!!)

•   TROMBONE - (looking for 4 new trombones !!!)

•  ELECTRIC GUITAR

•  BASS GUITAR

To play in OJJB, you must be 15 years of age or less as of January 1, 2025 or starting Gr. 10 or under in September 2024.  The band runs from September - June each year and rehearses every Tuesday evening from 7-9pm at Longfields-Davidson Heights S.S.

You will shortly after be sent an email with the audition music and information about the band.  

Auditions will take place during the last week of August.  A schedule will be created 3rd week of August.
